The Smoothest Smoothie Bowl
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen papaya
1/2 cup coconut milk, substitute oat or almond OR for extra creamy use 1/4 cup coconut cream + smidge of water*
Toppings: (as pictured):
coconut sugar
banana slices
matcha granola
dried apples
Instructions:
Blend all base ingredients until smooth.
Top with colorful, crunchy, sweet, good-lookin’ things. Photograph and send to me. Enjoy.
