The Smoothest Smoothie Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen papaya

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, substitute oat or almond OR for extra creamy use 1/4 cup coconut cream + smidge of water*

Toppings: (as pictured):

  • coconut sugar

  • banana slices

  • matcha granola

  • dried apples

Instructions:

  1. Blend all base ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with colorful, crunchy, sweet, good-lookin’ things. Photograph and send to me. Enjoy.
