Getting into the workouts
When you sign up for the 8 week intro program, you’ll get your very own customized workouts that come straight to your dashboard each week. You can opt for home workouts, gym workouts, or a combo of the two! Either way, there are both videos and written cues to make sure that your form is on point. We’ll tell you exactly how many reps to do, what pace to work at, and you’ll be able to comment right on the workouts so we can move through together! Accountability on deck.
Nutritional Guidance vs Meal Plan
Workouts are only part of the big picture— you have to feed these moves! Depending on your goal, you can choose flexible guidance or you can grab a customized meal plan. If you like to eat something different every day of the week, you’ll likely do best with nutritional guidance. If you’re looking for more structure and optimal results, the meal plan is calling you. It calls for light cooking and can work around your dietary preferences— and it may even improve your kitchen skills!
The Coach to Client Experience
Something that’s unique about our program is that we don’t just give you the workouts to do— we actually follow along with you! You’ll have access to your coach(s) on a daily basis through commenting and emailing and that keeps us in the know. You can also set up video calls to get more instruction on form or even just to goal set. More than just a fitness program we are after the connection and the mentorship.

There’s more! The Meetup is a virtual class that we host 2-3 times every month. While it’s incredible to be able to get your workouts in solo, sometimes it’s nice to hop in for some contagious positive energy that radiates from this community! The quick answer is absolutely! It’s important that you provide detail in your pre-coaching survey about any pre-existing conditions. if you are under medical treatment, we’ll ask for the doctor’s recommendation. It’s also important to note that we can eliminate exercises or muscle groups from the program and still safely work towards your goals.
