Britt's program provides enough accountability for me without being overbearing. I became sort of addicted to the feeling of sore muscles and the subsequent results of keeping at it.

It only takes about 30-45 minutes of your time each day. We all know that we can easily spend that amount of time scrolling on our phones at any given point, so why not use that time to take better care of our mental and physical health? You'll never ever regret spending money to feel better.

I am just really grateful to Britt for providing the service and the support. It's been a hard year for most everyone, and this has been a huge bright spot in my life.
