Simple Chia Parfaits! (5 Ingredient Option!)
Prep Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
For pudding:
1/2 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk, sub oat or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
For topping:
On left-
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut milk, sub oat or almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pinch sea salt, optional*
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder optional*
On right-
1 banana
2 tbsp lime juice, key lime if possible
pinch sea salt, optional*
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds, milk, and vanilla in jar and let stand for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mash banana with a fork. Fold in remaining ingredients. *On left, save walnuts for top.
Scoop out mixture on top of chia pudding and refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
