      <image:caption>For 12+ years, I worked behind the chair as a stylist in my hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Being in such a physically demanding career, it was always important to me to take extra care of my body and this led me down all kinds of feel-good paths. So when I got diagnosed with autoimmune at 23, I was primed for the challenge. I was relentless on my healing journey and it took me many places; from bodybuilding to raw eating and literally everywhere in between. It even took me halfway across the world to Indonesia — where I birthed this online coaching career. Now, I help others hop on their path of balance and betterment. There is a perfect formula for everyone, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping others find theirs using everything that I’ve studied along my path.</image:caption>
